Soup Angels
Soup Angels prepare a protein-based meal for 10 to 15 people at home and deliver the food to our evening meal site. We ask that meals include an entree and a side dish with an optional dessert. HOPE supplies disposable pans for all of our soup angels. This can be a monthly commitment or on an as-needed basis.
Shelter Meal Volunteer
Volunteers arrive at our shelter site between 5:30 and 5:45 in the evening and help set-up, serve and clean-up after dinner. Shifts typically last 90 minutes to two hours. This is an interactive role with our clients. All volunteers must be over 18 years of age.
Street Outreach
Street Outreach teams are made up of two volunteers who go out in the evening and bring information and supplies to our clients who are not engaged in services. This role is highly interactive and is most important during colder weather. All volunteers must be over 18 years of age.
Group opportunities
If you are a group please contact us directly to discuss what your group would like to do or for suggestions on how to contribute.. This includes but is not limited to corporate groups, scout troops, social groups, and student classes.
Minors
We have limited opportunities for youth and children. We always need additional non-perishable meals to feed our clients. Throughout the year we also need help in our warehouse sorting through donations and organizing our supplies. Please reach out directly for more information.
Community Service
HOPE is an authorized community service organization for Longmont and Boulder County. Please fill out the Community Service application and we will contact you shortly.
